By Chris Ruel Mezzo-soprano Natalja Sticco is sharing her voice to aid families, refugees, and soldiers in war-torn Ukraine by donating proceeds from her single, “Requiem for a Soldier” to Razom for Ukraine (Together for Ukraine), which provides life-saving medical aid to hospitals, and Army SOS Ukraine which buys medical and basic needs supplies that go directly to those defending their country against the brutal Russian invasion.
The single from her self-titled album is a tribute to the generations of men and women who have bravely fought for freedom, including her great-grandfathers in World War II, as well as her husband, who served in the US Airforce.
